What we look for in an application is:

- a positive rental history
- we like the amount of you paid in rent to meet or exceed the $950 rent you would be paying in the duplex. We do
   not like to see a large jump in rent payment that may be difficult for people to adjust to.
- We like to see a fairly steady job history, no recent changes.
- We need positive references and a positive review from your prior landlord. Including but not limited: to the
   condition you left the place in how timely you paid rent and we take into consideration any other issues or
   positives that your references may mention.
- Sorry but we are not set up to accept housing assistance.
